Job summary

Location: Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor) Season: Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends) Pay: $20/hour Schedule: Shifts between 8:00am–9:00pm (4–8 hour shifts). Must be available to work May 2, 3, 9, & 10. About The Role We’re looking for friendly, reliable Parking Attendants to help manage guest arrivals and traffic flow during our seasonal tulip festival. You’ll be one of the first people guests interact with, so a positive attitude and clear communication are essential. This is an outdoor role that requires standing, walking, and working in changing weather conditions. Responsibilities Direct vehicles safely and efficiently into parking areas Manage traffic flow during peak arrival and departure times Communicate clearly with guests about where to park and where to walk Assist with accessible parking as needed Monitor parking capacity and report issues to the on-site manager Help keep parking areas tidy and safe Support field clean-up or guest flow during slower periods, as assigned Requirements Must be 16+ (18+ preferred) Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Able to stand and walk for extended periods Clear communication skills Calm under pressure during busy arrival windows Reliable transportation to and from the site Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Must be available weekends Nice to Have Experience with events, parking, or customer service Comfort giving clear directions to groups
