Job summary

A Taleo client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to provide functional support and ongoing administration for its Dayforce environment. This six-month contract will focus primarily on Dayforce configuration, troubleshooting, and general systems support while the organization evaluates its longer-term requirements. The successful candidate will have recent, hands-on Dayforce experience and be comfortable working directly with business users to investigate issues, maintain system configurations, and support day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Provide functional administration and support for the Dayforce platform Configure and maintain Core HR, Learning, security settings, user access, and role profiles Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues raised by users and business stakeholders Support configuration changes, system enhancements, testing, and documentation Assist with user access requests, security updates, and ongoing system maintenance Gather information from users to understand issues and recommend practical solutions Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when additional technical support is required Maintain accurate documentation related to configurations, processes, and issue resolution Provide secondary support for Sodales-related tasks, with cross-training available Qualifications Recent hands-on experience supporting and configuring Dayforce Strong knowledge of Dayforce Core HR, Learning, security, and role profile functionality Experience troubleshooting HRIS or business application issues Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and support solutions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and follow issues through to resolution Experience with system testing, process documentation, or user support is an asset Previous experience with Sodales is considered an asset but is not required
