As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. What You’ll Do: • Administer medications and treatments per physician orders • Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration • Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time • Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief • Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly • Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) • Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates • Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes • Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence. What We’re Looking For: • Active LPN license in good standing • CPR and First Aid certification • Strong assessment and documentation skills • Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred LPN Medication Nurse – Deliver Safe, Accurate Care That Protects Resident Health LPN Medication Nurse | Licensed Practical Nurse | Medication Administration | Senior Living | MAR/TAR | Resident Care Pay Range: 24.33 - 26.48 Employment Type: Casual This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards. What you’ll do

The LPN Medication Nurse is responsible for the safe administration of medications and treatments according to physician orders. They monitor resident health, document clinical data in real-time, and report any adverse reactions or cognitive changes.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active LPN license in good standing along with CPR and First Aid certification. Experience in senior care or medication administration is preferred.
