JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking Seasonal Harvestor Operator at our Manitoba site. The primary function of this role is to operate tractor, maintenance and conduct routine operational tasks. Reporting to the Bog Manager, the role will maintain safety and quality by ensuring operation of equipment. This is a unionized location. Competitive salary The opportunity to join a continuously growing organization with focus on Diversity and Inclusion Extensive training and onboarding WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE: Operating heavy machinery such as a tractor with a vacuum harvester or harrows Ensuring that machinery, equipment and tools are operational by performing routine and preventative maintenance (i.e. greasing tractor) and cleaning the machinery and equipment. Participation in regular safety initiatives OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience operating a tractor and performing minor maintenance Ability to work as a part of a small team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Mechanical aptitude Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Valid Driver's License Terms of Employment: Seasonal - May to October 40-70 Hours/week; weather dependent Early Mornings/Morning/Day/Evenings/Weekend shifts

Requirements
