JOB SUMMARY We are currently seeking Seasonal Harvestor Operator at our Manitoba site. The primary function of this role is to operate tractor, maintenance and conduct routine operational tasks. Reporting to the Bog Manager, the role will maintain safety and quality by ensuring operation of equipment. This is a unionized location. Participation in regular safety initiatives OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent Experience Required: 1-2 years of experience operating a tractor and performing minor maintenance Ability to work as a part of a small team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Mechanical aptitude Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends Valid Driver's License Terms of Employment: Seasonal - May to October 40-70 Hours/week; weather dependent Early Mornings/Morning/Day/Evenings/Weekend shifts

Operate heavy machinery, including tractors with vacuum harvesters or harrows, to harvest peat moss. Perform routine preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure operational safety and quality.

Requires a high school diploma and 1-2 years of experience operating tractors and performing minor maintenance. Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to work flexible, weather-dependent hours.
