Coordinate and supervise International Centre office assistants, student leaders, and volunteers, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance tracking. Develop and deliver student engagement programs and events, manage logistics and budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and use participant feedback and student needs to improve programming.
