OFFRE D’EMPLOI – Nutritionniste-diététiste 📍 Lieu : CISSS de la Gaspésie – CH des Monts (Sainte-Anne-des-Monts) 📅 Période du mandat : du 13 avril au 3 juillet 2026 🕒 Temps plein : 35h/semaine À propos du mandat Services SFT recrute un(e) nutritionniste-diététiste pour une mission au sein du CISSS de la Gaspésie, au CH des Monts. La ressource interviendra auprès d’une clientèle hospitalisée ainsi qu’en clinique externe, notamment en oncologie et en hémodialyse. Vos principales missions Assurer le suivi nutritionnel des patients hospitalisés Intervenir en clinique externe (oncologie, hémodialyse, etc.) Évaluer les besoins nutritionnels des patients Élaborer des plans de soins nutritionnels adaptés Collaborer avec l’équipe médicale et interdisciplinaire Assurer la documentation clinique des interventions Conditions de travail 🌞 Quart de travail : jour 📅 Mandat à temps complet : 35 heures / semaine 🚫 Aucun horaire de garde Rémunération et avantages 💰 Taux horaire : 50 $/heure 🍽️ Per diem : 60 $ / jour travaillé ✈️ Transport et logement pris en charge (selon conditions) 🤝 Accompagnement administratif et logistique Profil recherché Membre en règle de l’Ordre professionnel des diététistes-nutritionnistes Permis de conduire valide Véhicule personnel requis Capacité à travailler en milieu hospitalier et en clinique externe Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’équipe Candidature Merci d’envoyer votre CV accompagné des documents requis à : 📧 info.sft@sftechniques.com
