Lieu CLSC de Grand-Vallée – Service des urgences Période d'affectation Dès que possible au 15 août 2026 Dès que possible au 1er septembre 2026 Horaire Temps complet Quarts de 12 heures en rotation : Jour / Soir : 8 h à 20 h Nuit / Jour : 20 h à 8 h En rotation (JOUR/SOIR/NUIT) Exigences Expérience en urgence Capacité à effectuer le triage selon l'Échelle canadienne, faire de la réanimation et de la traumatologie Membre en règle de l'OIIQ Voiture obligatoire Principales responsabilités Accueillir clientèle à l'urgence, triage, trauma et cardio Effectuer le triage selon l'Échelle canadienne Assurer la prise en charge des cas de traumatologie et de réanimation Évaluer l'état de santé des patients et prodiguer les soins requis Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer une prise en charge rapide et sécuritaire Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme Intéressé(e) ? Requirements
Candidates must have experience in emergency nursing and be a member in good standing of the OIIQ. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are mandatory for this position.
