INFIRMIER(ÈRE) – Pédiatrie court séjour - Rivière-du-Loup | Bas Saint-Laurent Installation : Rivière-du-Loup Département : Pédiatrie court séjour Période et horaires demandés Nuit 23h45 à 8h: 1-2-3-8 (3 besoins) 9-10 (2 besoins) -11-12-14-15 (2 besoins) -16-17 (2 besoins)-18 (2 besoins)19 (2 besoins) septembre Jour 7h45 à 16h: 29-30 août- 12-13- septembre Soir 15h45 à 00h: 25-26-29-30-31 août 1-2-12-13-14-16 septembre Temps d'orientation (si applicable) : 2 jours, selon l'expertise de la ressource Rôle L’infirmier(ère) en hémodialyse assure la prise en charge des patients nécessitant des traitements de dialyse, en collaboration avec l’équipe multidisciplinaire, tout en assurant la sécurité et la qualité des soins. Tâches principales Préparer et surveiller les patients en Pédiatrie court séjour Assurer le suivi clinique des patients avant, pendant et après traitement Surveiller les signes de complications et intervenir au besoin Assurer les soins liés aux accès vasculaires Documenter les soins et assurer la traçabilité des interventions Collaborer avec l’équipe médicale et infirmière Exigences Expérience en Pédiatrie court séjour obligatoire Minimum 1 an d’expérience en soins infirmiers.
