Lieu CHSLD Boréal (Chibougamau) | CRSSS de la Baie-James Département : Milieu de vie-CHSLD Période d'affectation 08 septembre au 07 décembre 2026 Horaire Temps complet. Quarts de jour uniquement. Garde : Non 7/7 du mercredi au mardi de 6h45 à 15h00 (possibilité de supplémentaire) avec 45 minutes de temps de repas. Exigences Membre en règle de l'OIIAQ Voiture requise Permis de conduire requis : Oui Véhicule automobile requis : Oui Qualifications demandées: "Expérience récente en CHSLD, avoir fait la formation DCI (cristal net) et SIL-P". Principales responsabilités Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers au CHSLD Planifier, prodiguer et assurer le suivi des soins infirmiers Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer la continuité des soins Participer à l'enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme Intéressé(e) ? What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must be a member in good standing of the OIIAQ and possess a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle. Recent experience in a CHSLD setting and completion of DCI and SIL-P training are required.
