Temporary role. 6-month contract. Your day will look like this: Installation/disassembly Participate to assembling and dismantling of the technical equipment; Ensure the good installation of the equipment in respect of the plan; Ensure the safety of the technical installations, at all times; Respect and promote procedures and regulations fixed by Solotech regarding the equipment’s treatment and management; Collaborate with the other departments involved; Equipment’s handling May be asked to operate technical equipment; May be asked to ensure the smooth technical operations during the event; May be asked to manage a team throughout different project’s stages; Supervision Lead a team (Solotech’s employees and supernumeraries); Client's contact Work closely with internal and external partners in order to ensure high quality customer service; May act as the client’s contact person for all questions, comments or changes related to the project’s management. Your profile: AEC or DEC in a pertinent audiovisual field A minimum of 6 years of pertinent experience Excellent knowledge of different technical equipment; Knowledge in electricity and network; Possess a permit for operating a forklift and/or an aerial lift, and a training on working at heights (an asset); Master both official languages (an asset); Be able to move to different sites; Basic to intermediate knowledge of R2 software; Able to modify and design CAD plans with VectorWorks software (an asset); Knowledge of specialised technical software (an asset); Be flexible regarding the working schedule; Team-work oriented and good cooperation spirit; Autonomy and sense of responsibilities; Ability to work under pressure and capacity to adapt to change; Good priority management and respect of schedules and tight deadlines; Communicate information clearly and logically; Capacity to anticipate difficult situations and find efficient solutions while respecting the company’s operational policies and processes; Strong customer service skills. Our offer to you: Reason for the Position: New position Solotech provides a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position in accordance with Ontario pay transparency requirements. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, location, experience, training, certifications, and internal equity. Requirements
