Group Account Coordinator

This role involves serving as the primary contact for Group Accounts, assisting with all aspects of Skilled Trades Ontario (STO) processes, renewals, and policy guidance while ensuring confidential and accurate data handling. Key duties include establishing and maintaining high client satisfaction through relationship building, processing applications, validating supporting documentation, and managing group account records and financial transactions.
