This role offers the opportunity to oversee mechanical construction activities on an active brownfield industrial site, including large-scale ductwork installation, MEP systems, and complex mechanical scopes. Required Qualifications ✔ Minimum 5+ years of Construction Management experience ✔ Working knowledge of Toronto/Ontario construction safety regulations ✔ Experience managing field crews of 10-30 employees ✔ OSHA 30 Certification ✔ Canadian resident with authorization to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications ✔ Experience overseeing large-scale ductwork installation projects ✔ MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) construction experience ✔ Brownfield industrial project experience ✔ Experience supporting shutdowns, turnarounds, or active facility construction ✔ Cost control and project budget management experience ✔ Strong subcontractor coordination experience ✔ Proficiency with project scheduling and construction reporting What You'll Be Doing • Oversee daily mechanical and industrial construction activities on site • Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules • Lead daily planning meetings, safety meetings, and work coordination sessions • Review and support Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), permits, and work planning activities • Monitor installation of ductwork, mechanical systems, and MEP scopes to ensure quality and productivity • Serve as the primary point of contact between field operations and the client team • Track project progress and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and execution • Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and project controls activities • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements • Support schedule management, resource planning, and workforce coordination Technical Knowledge • Industrial Mechanical Construction • Large-Scale Ductwork Installation • MEP Systems • Brownfield Construction Environments • Permit-to-Work Systems • Job Safety Analysis (JSA) Development and Review • Contractor and Subcontractor Management • Client Coordination • Cost Control and Budget Tracking • Construction Scheduling and Progress Reporting What Success Looks Like • Mechanical scopes are completed safely and on schedule • Strong communication is maintained between field crews, subcontractors, and the client • Daily work plans and permits are effectively managed • Productivity and quality targets are consistently achieved • Cost and schedule impacts are identified and addressed proactively • Positive working relationships are maintained across all project stakeholders Apply Today Qualified candidates with industrial mechanical construction experience are encouraged to apply.

Requirements
