Commitment to demonstrate high-quality workmanship, efficient production, and exceed safety requirements Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Clean and professional appearance, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the day. About the Opportunity This position is responsible for carrying out a high standard of work relating to the Property Maintenance division at Seasonal Impact. This work includes but is not limited to, mowing grass, trimming grass, weeding, debris/garbage removal, hedge trimming, weed spraying, plant maintenance, and watering. Perform high-standard property maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding, and plant care. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment while following safe operating procedures.

Prior experience with grass trimmers and lawnmowers is preferred. Candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs and work long hours outdoors in all weather conditions.
