We are looking for AI Linguistic Evaluators to assess how effectively an AI application performs in Tamil for a short collaboration. * Job Type: Freelance * Location: Remote from Canada * Work Schedule: Flexible * Start Date: Immediately * Duration: Approximately 10-15 total hours (around 5 hours per day) * Rate: 16 USD/hour * Equipment Required: Access to at least one personal device running iOS, Android, Windows, or macOS \n Help Shape the Future of AI Are you a native-level speaker of Tamil with strong English skills and a keen eye for language quality? Join a remote AI project where you'll evaluate AI-generated content, assess linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, and help improve next-generation AI systems. Ideal for professionals with experience in linguistics, translation, interpretation, language teaching, writing, journalism, proofreading, content review, localization, or other language-focused fields. What You’ll Do: * Interacting with an AI assistant in your target language. * Translating provided prompts from English into your target language and using them to interact with the AI application. * Evaluating the quality of AI-generated responses according to project guidelines. * Assessing localization quality, including linguistic accuracy, naturalness, and cultural appropriateness. * Providing structured evaluations and feedback following the project instructions and quality standards. What We’re Looking For: * Native-level fluency in Tamil (India) * Excellent command of grammar, spelling, linguistic nuances, and cultural context of the target language * Ability to accurately translate prompts from English into the target language * Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Languages, Philology, Literature, or a related field, or * Minimum 3 years of professional experience in language-related work * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines * Ability to independently evaluate AI-generated content and provide consistent quality assessments * Comfortable working with structured evaluation criteria and quality standards * Ability to work independently and deliver accurate, objective feedback \n
