Recovery Support Worker – Women’s Addiction Recovery Program Status: Casual Wage: $24.72/hour Location: Chilliwack, BC Shifts: Primarily Overnight Shifts Available (Remaining awake during the shift is a requirement of the position). About Us Ruth and Naomi’s Mission is a Christian faith-based organization dedicated to transforming lives impacted by homelessness, poverty, and addiction through the love of God. For over 20 years, we’ve been providing meals, shelter, and recovery support in Chilliwack. Today, we serve over 500 meals daily, provide housing to over 200 individuals each night, and walk with dozens of people in our recovery programs. The Role We are seeking compassionate, committed Recovery Support Workers to support participants in our women’s addiction recovery program. Using the Genesis Process—a faith-based recovery model—you’ll guide individuals on their healing journey while helping to maintain a safe, structured, and grace-filled environment. This is a casual position, best suited for someone with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
