Job summary
To provide prompt, courteous, accurate food and beverage service that exceeds guest expectations Initiate, communicate and maintain guest interaction Continually anticipate guests needs Maintain a safe and sanitary work station and environment Record and reconcile cash and product variances daily Maintain communication with front and back of the house staff Operate your work station in accordance to all Fire, Health, AGCO regulations and laws governing the province Maintain daily, weekly side duties and cleaning schedules Maintain service standards, opening and closing duties Have extensive product knowledge and be familiar with all specials and promotions Balance all cash and credit cards at end of each shift with accuracy Attend all departmental meetings Enhance revenues through suggestive selling techniques and promote sales of products To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers, guests and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace. All other duties as assigned Experience in service industry preferred Outgoing with great personality Willingness to learn and be part of a team Must be able to work flexible hours. Good communication skills Must be physically fit and able to lift and Carry Equipment and other Materials Must Have Food Safe The Concession Cashier works various types of shifts on a rotating schedule that may include days, nights and evenings. Requirements
Candidates should have a Food Safe certification and experience in the service industry is preferred. Must be physically fit, possess great communication skills, and be available to work a flexible rotating schedule.
