RHM has been providing management and consulting services to the long term care sector since 1984. As an operator and management organization with extensive experience and a successful track record, RHM is often called upon to assist other owners and operators to improve operating performance, achieve elevated levels of compliance, and build a foundation of operational excellence and efficiency for sustainable operations into the future. This team currently manages fifteen (15) long term care homes and one (1) retirement home, located across Ontario. In addition, RHM provides financial management and clinical consulting services to additional long term care homes.

The coordinator manages full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and trust funds. They also provide financial support to the management team and ensure compliance with labor legislation and quality indicators.
