Job summary

RED Mountain Resort is hiring Bar Person (Server/Bartender) for the 2026/27 Winter Season! What You’ll Do * Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service from start to finish. * Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. * Recommend menu items and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experience. * Follow RED Mountain’s Food & Beverage policies and procedures and all health & safety regulations. * Handle guest concerns with care and professionalism, escalating to management when needed. * Collaborate closely with the culinary and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations. * Assist with stock rotation, inventory management, and POS transactions as required. * Assists in maintaining table and bar service areas inclusive of bussing and side duties as required throughout the shift * Support other outlets as needed. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking energetic hospitality professionals who are passionate about service and eager to grow in a dynamic mountain resort setting. You bring: * 2–3 years of serving experience in a restaurant, resort, or hospitality environment. * Must be at least 19 years of age. * Serving It Right Certification and Food Safe Level 1 Certification. * Experience with POS systems is an asset. * Excellent food and beverage knowledge. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task. * A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently when required. * Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. and working in indoor and occasional outdoor settings.
