Job summary
The Customer Care Specialist is responsible for interacting with our entire customer base, regardless of buying platform and method of communication. This role ensures that that superior customer service is delivered at all times to customers as well as successfully collaborating with internal departments to solve customer issues and concerns. Requirements
Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume contact center and possess strong computer and data entry skills. Knowledge of tax exemption regulations and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations are required.
