Key Responsibilities: • Design and conduct chemical experiments to generate high-quality data for computational modeling. • Analyze experimental results and integrate findings into existing chemical datasets for algorithm training. • Collaborate with AI teams to translate chemical insights into structured data inputs for machine learning pipelines. • Validate model outputs against experimental benchmarks to ensure chemical plausibility and accuracy. • Document methodologies, results, and limitations in technical reports for internal review and stakeholder updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: • PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on computational or experimental chemistry. • Hands-on experience in laboratory techniques relevant to the synthesis or analysis of organic or inorganic compounds. • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, or MATLAB for processing experimental and computational chemistry data. • Familiarity with chemical informatics tools, cheminformatics libraries, or molecular modeling software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex chemical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
