Role Summary We are seeking Journeyperson Electricians and 3rd/4th Year Electrical Apprentices for a short-term project through October 31, 2026.The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for cable pulling and terminations, cable tray installation, and MCC/PLC wiring for skid-mounted equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities Install electrical systems, equipment, and components. Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Ensure all work complies with electrical code, safety regulations, and company policies. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance. Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment. Collaborate with other trades and contractors. Complete documentation, work orders, and reports as required. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment. Other duties as required. Qualifications / Requirements Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate or registration as a 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial construction electrical work Valid Fall Protection Certification Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and OH&S requirements Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents Proficient in the use of hand tools, testing devices, and electrical equipment Valid driver's licence required, as our facility is not accessible by public transportation Availability to work 10-hour shifts (8 regular hours and 2 overtime hours per day), Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a strong commitment to safety and the ability to work independently Ability to work in a variety of environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage Overtime opportunities paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate Employee Referral Bonus Program, offering up to $1,000 per successful referral Why Work For PTW Build Your Trade.
