As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting the development and execution of Provincial Credit Union’s marketing initiatives. You’ll work across a variety of projects, using data and member insights to help inform marketing strategies, evaluate campaign performance, and support effective communications. What You’ll Do: Support the development and execution of Provincial Credit Union’s annual marketing plan, including paid media campaigns across various channels. Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and internal stakeholders to develop marketing materials and ensure alignment with brand and messaging guidelines. Identify marketing trends and member insights to help inform marketing strategies and target appropriate member audiences. Analyze and report on marketing campaign and tactic performance, providing recommendations to improve effectiveness. Support strategic projects by coordinating timelines, preparing meeting briefs, documenting key updates, and keeping stakeholders aligned. What you Bring: We're looking for someone who can: Demonstrate knowledge of marketing principles. Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO). Demonstrate knowledge in data analysis and audience segmentation. Working knowledge of creative development Proven time management skills and ability in organizing work, setting priorities, and performing multiple tasks with conflicting priorities/deadlines. Proven ability to work independently with minimum supervision. What You Have: Required Education and Experience: Degree in Marketing plus 3-5 years experience or equivalent work experience. Salary Range: $68,289 - $80,340 Additional Information: Bondability Requirement: Candidates must be bondable under a fidelity bond policy (includes a criminal and credit check).
