The Harvest Crew Operator will be responsible for harvesting of raw materials and other duties as assigned. This is a weather and production dependent position; overtime and weekend work will be required. This position is Seasonal typically operating April-November. Located 12km North of Usherville, SK Duties and Responsibilities * Work closely with Bog Supervision and management to determine priorities and courses of action to improve product quality and employee safety * Ensure all company procedures are being followed * Perform inspections, fuel, grease and clean assigned equipment daily * At all times work in a manner that maintains the safety of themselves and others * Report any issues on equipment to maintenance department * Work extra hours as required to keep production running * Additional duties as required or assigned Essential Qualifications * Ability to operate machinery * Ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Able to work independently and as part of a team * High Initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, accountability and reliability * Ability to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with teammates and contractors * Strong work ethic Education and Experience * Ability to operate Agricultural equipment considered an asset (will certify on site) * Valid Class 5 drivers license Job requirements: * Ability to read, write, and speak English. * Must have own means of transportation to and from work. The Harvest Crew Operator will be responsible for harvesting raw materials and ensuring adherence to company procedures. They will work closely with management to improve product quality and employee safety.

Candidates must be able to operate machinery and have a valid Class 5 driver's license. They should also be able to read, write, and speak English and have their own means of transportation.
