We provide a community treatment experience that includes counselling (individual and/or group), tailored to meet your needs. To provide the best experience for you, community treatment includes comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, case management, and referrals to other programs and services that will benefit you. PAARC also offers an aftercare program for persons coming from residential treatment and want ongoing support. We also provide information and education about substances, gambling, emotional concerns, and mental illness.

The role involves conducting intake, screening, and providing ongoing supportive counselling and case management for youth in a withdrawal management program. The counsellor will also facilitate structured groups, respond to crisis situations, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
