Job summary

For some a good day of skiing is not of the downhill rather its cross country. Our Nordic Agents provide exceptional guest experiences for our guests wanting to enjoy the many km’s of trails provided at Panorama Nordic Centre. You are part of a greater Nordic Centre Team who provide a positive atmosphere by welcoming all guests with a friendly smile. This is followed by assisting guests with information on the Nordic trail conditions, processing of trail pass / lift ticket sales, assisting with retail sales, rental fulfillment and providing lesson information. Essential Functions: A high level of teamplay with the Nordic Trails Supervisor. Working together to bring the indoor and outdoor operations of the Nordic Centre in lockstep with one another Daily Nordic / multipurpose trail reporting for webpages Cross country pass and alpine lift ticket sales Fulfillment of rental equipment (cross country, snowshoes and fat bikes) Provide accurate information on all events at Panorama Mountain Village for the week Provide current Information on cross country and multipurpose trail conditions and give advice on suitable trails dependent on experience level Retail services / point of sale / daily cash outs Foster excellent guest relations through positive interaction with guests Daily cleaning retail area and snow removal into the building Other duties as assigned Experience/Requirements: High school or equivalent 1-2 years cash handling experience Customer service experience Previous Nordic experience an asset

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of cash handling and customer service experience. Previous Nordic skiing experience is considered an asset.
