The Tissue Coordinator manages the donor screening process, obtains consent from families, and coordinates tissue recovery activities with hospitals and tissue banks. They also provide support to donor families and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with clinical and administrative policies.

The Senior Specialist will collaborate with clinical leaders to implement quality improvement initiatives and drive health system performance. They are responsible for developing strategies to reduce clinical variation, building QI capacity, and managing relationships with provincial and local stakeholders.

The Lead will co-develop and implement the North Region Indigenous Health Equity Operational Plan while acting as a key connector between Indigenous governance and provincial health system transformation. They will facilitate collaboration across teams to identify health needs, gaps, and risks while providing technical planning expertise to address Indigenous health inequities.

The Specialist acts as a liaison in hospitals to guide and implement organ and tissue donation programs, including donor identification and medical management. They facilitate communication with health care teams and support donor families throughout the donation process.
