Marketing and Content Specialist (12-month contract) Salary range: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour. This job posting is for a temporary replacement. Position Summary The Marketing & Content Specialist is a results-oriented role responsible for supporting high-impact agreements and strategic initiatives across OECM. This position plays a key role in delivering targeted, insight-driven marketing and communications that drive awareness, engagement, and contract adoption. Key Responsibilities Category Ownership & Campaign Execution Act as the primary marketing and communications contact for assigned agreement categories Own and support marketing and communications across the full agreement lifecycle, from launch through ongoing engagement and optimization Support the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives Ensure messaging is clear, targeted, and aligned with OECM brand standards Track campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities Targeted Communications & Messaging Develop and refine audience-specific messaging for various stakeholder groups Translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible content Write, edit, and proofread marketing and communications materials across channels Ensure consistency of messaging, tone, and brand voice across all deliverables Incorporate feedback and performance insights to continuously improve communications Data, Metrics & Performance Monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and communication effectiveness Support the development of reports and dashboards to track marketing outcomes Analyze results and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement Use data and insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel selection Content Development & Digital Channels Develop and adapt content for a variety of channels, including email, web, and social media Support social media planning and content scheduling Assist in maintaining and updating website content (e.g., WordPress) Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and accessibility best practices Contribute to the development of marketing assets for both digital and print use Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications and Skills Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Experience supporting integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong content development and writing experience across a variety of formats Experience developing marketing assets for both digital and print channels Experience with performance tracking, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and WordPress is considered an asset Experience with website and social media planning, content development, and performance measurement is an asset Join Our Team We Offer OECM is a great place to work.
