Your position in a glimpse: * Provide a warm, informed and solution-oriented service to each citizen requiring assistance; * Kindly assist people by: * Validating their identity through video calls; * Answering their questions related to administrative document renewal and approval processes; * Directing them to another service, if needed. * Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality. Qualifications: * You speak English or are bilingual (English and French). * Eligibility criteria: * Be available to work 7 days a week, any time between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm (EST). What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in English or bilingual (English/French) and available to work full-time shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm EST. Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and the ability to work on-site in Moncton are required.
