We’re looking for a team‑oriented, self‑motivated, and hard‑working individual to join our Production Department a Process Operator In this role, your main responsibility will be to learn and monitor the production equipment that supports the yeast production. You will work closely with other operators to ensure production is completed effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner to meet production schedules and goals. The Role & Your Impact In this role you’ll make an impact by: Producing products safely and within quality specifications Maintaining compliance with GMP policies and standards Participating in safety tailgate meetings and incident/accident investigations Participating in training and development to become certified in all areas of production What You’ll Need to Be Successful High school diploma or equivalent Relevant work experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting Basic computer competencies with standard software knowledge Ability to operate production equipment and working knowledge of relevant procedures Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled Ways of Working / Working Conditions Schedule: 12‑hour shifts alternating between days and nights every 2 weeks (7:00–7:00 am/pm) 2‑2‑3 rotation Week 1: Work Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and Thursday, work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Week 2: Off Monday and Tuesday, work Wednesday and Thursday, off Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Compensation & Benefits Expected base salary: $23.50 CAD/per hour Please note this is a temporary position lasting approximately 6 months.
