Purpose of the Role: As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Advisory Team and our high-net-worth clients. In this role, you are a member of a collaborative and client-focused team requiring exceptional communication and problem-solving skills in order to provide a high level of administrative service to our clients. Using your in-depth knowledge of registered plan products, you will execute the overall administration of our clients' registered plans. Using your industry knowledge, communication and excellent relationship management skills - you are able to solve problems, collaborate, and deliver exceptional service to our advisors and clients. This is a 9-month contract. Core Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Private Wealth team to deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client requests. Troubleshoot complex issues for internal teams and advisors, while proactively identifying process improvements. Work closely with Custodians on High Net Worth Transfers. Maintain accurate and complete client data in CRM systems (Salesforce), supporting audit checks, reporting, and data integrity controls. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, templates, and operational procedures. Actively engage in ongoing learning and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, including experience in operations or client services. Experience working with custodians, particularly in the area of transfers, is an asset. In-depth knowledge of Registered Plan products, including rules, regulations, and their application. Good understanding of Canadian investment securities, industry processing standards, compliance requirements, and CRA guidelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word, with experience using Salesforce. Strong client service and relationship management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong team player. Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and think critically to seek out information and solutions independently. Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field is an asset. Related financial services certifications (CSC) are considered an asset. Compensation & Benefits Package: This position comes with a competitive base salary hiring range of $55,000 - $65,000, dependent on experience, skills, qualifications and internal equity.
