Together, they provide complete safety solutions—from training and certification to on-site support, including Confined Space Rescue specialists—while covering all staffing requirements. Our client is currently seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team on a full-time, temporary position in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The preferred candidate will have experience within the mining, construction, and/or industrial industry and a strong understanding of health and safety practices and procedures. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct site inspections and recommend safety improvements * Support supervisors in monitoring and maintaining safety compliance * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of health and safety policies * Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations * Assist with or lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations * Provide safety training and orientation to employees * Conduct hazard and risk assessments * Attend safety meetings and maintain required documentation * Manage and monitor use of safety equipment and supplies * Analyze safety data and recommend action where needed * Perform related administrative tasks * Participate in health and safety initiatives and projects Qualifications and Requirements: * Post-secondary education or training in Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent experience * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a health and safety role * Safety designations such as CRSP, CHSC, or NCSO, or currently working toward one (asset) * Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC) certification, First Aid, CPR, and AED (assets) * Willing and able to travel to a remote mine site in Northern Ontario * Valid G-class driver’s license required Skills and Experience: * Background in mining, construction, and/or industrial safety roles * Strong reporting, documentation, and attention to detail * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Self-motivated and capable of working independently * Proficient with safety management systems and Microsoft Office NATT Group of Companies is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates of all backgrounds to apply. Requirements

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a health and safety role within mining, construction, or industrial sectors. A post-secondary education in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent experience is required, along with a valid G-class driver's license.
