Develop event-driven architectures using Lambda, SNS, SQS, API Gateway. Integrate AWS alerts with ServiceNow (SNOW) for automated incident management. Automate operational tasks using SSM (Run Command, Documents). Implement Infrastructure as Code using CDK / CloudFormation. Write automation scripts in Python / Bash.
