Perform a broad range of sonographic examinations while ensuring patient safety, comfort, accurate documentation, and timely care for inpatients and outpatients. Participate in after-hours and on-call coverage, support the training of developing sonographers, and collaborate with clinical teams, referrers, and radiologists.
