Context Creative is part of Mod Op, a full-service advertising agency with offices in 11 U.S. locations as well as Panama City, Panama, Calgary Alberta , Canada and Toronto, Ontario, Canada. About the Role We're seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Toronto team on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. Working under the supervision of a senior account person, the Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of small to medium-sized projects. The role requires exceptional communication and client management skills, a high degree of organization, and a talent for managing details — as well as an ability to manage tactical execution while keeping an eye on the bigger strategic picture. We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of relevant experience in an agency, communications, marketing, or project management environment who can confidently take ownership of small to medium-sized projects and support day-to-day client relationships. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator, curious, eager to learn, unintimidated by challenges, works quickly and effectively, and collaborates easily. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for multiple, concurrent small to medium-sized projects across one or more clients, keeping them on time and on budget Develop and manage briefs, budgets, estimates, proposals, work-back schedules, and production documentation for photoshoots and other deliverables Lead weekly or bi-weekly client status calls, follow up on action items, and consistently deliver excellent client service Collaborate with the strategy team and creative studio throughout the project lifecycle, from kick-off through to briefs, internal reviews, and revisions Liaise with vendors and clients; support invoicing, invoice tracking, and campaign reporting in collaboration with internal team members Apply knowledge of clients' businesses to contribute to strategic insights and problem-solve proactively Work with and support the broader account team; actively motivate and inspire project teams Support best practices in accessibility, including AODA-compliant communications Manage Google Docs and spreadsheets; conduct proofreading and quality control Contribute to Context Creative special projects and initiatives as needed Complete individual timesheets on time Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate: High degree of organization and attention to detail Understanding of marketing fundamentals, including digital marketing Ability to manage small to medium-sized projects, keeping them on time and on budget A high degree of initiative and reliability in carrying out assignments professionally, with some supervision Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (GSuite) Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, creative problem-solving, and customer service skills Effective use of studio resources through appropriate scheduling and preparation of complete briefs Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment Company Culture & Perks We are a growing, fast-paced, and purposeful agency, driven by a set of core values that define everything we do. What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end management of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Manage client relationships, develop project documentation, and collaborate with strategy and creative teams.

Requirements

Requires 2-5 years of agency or marketing experience with a high degree of organization and attention to detail. Must be proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
