Martin's is hiring a Sales Order Processing Associate on a full-time contract basis until September 2027. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the Sales Order Processing Associate manages daily customer orders and responds to a wide range of order management needs, including pricing, order changes, last-minute orders, special packs, and customer requests. This role requires regular, timely, and professional communication with customers by email, phone, and other channels. This position must work effectively with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance while demonstrating strong customer service, prompt response times, and attention to detail. This is an on-site office position at Martin’s head office, located at 1420 Lobsinger Line in Waterloo. Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor sales networks and retrieve orders through iTrade Network and SPS Commerce Enter sales orders and delivery/loading parameters into Envio (Inventory Mgmt. Platform)) Communicate and react promptly to all order requests initiated by customers Problem solve order discrepancies as needed Assume responsibility for selected local customer accounts Sales Support Act as point person for incoming Sales Team phone calls and e-mail Support Sales Team with order adjustments, account organization and inter-departmental communications as related to orders Act as point person for Production and Logistics to communicate with Sales Manage key spreadsheets including pricing information Prepare and ship samples/packages for Customers as requested by Sales Team members Management and coordination of all Export orders, including requisite paperwork Qualifications 1-3 years related administrative experience required College diploma or University degree preferred Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks Proficiency with MS Office is required and experience with Envio is an asset Excellent communication and writing skills with high attention to detail Demonstrated professionalism with internal and external customers Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues This is a great opportunity to be part of a strong team at Martin's!

Requirements
