In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment through patrols, access control, surveillance, and incident reporting. Your dedication will help protect our clients? assets and ensure a secure atmosphere at all times. *Responsibilities* * Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols to monitor premises and deter unauthorized activity * Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors at the front desk or entry gates * Operate CCTV systems for surveillance purposes, monitoring activity across designated areas * Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or irregularities by reporting and documenting observations accurately * Manage fire panels and building controls to ensure safety protocols are maintained * Direct traffic flow by guiding drivers and managing parking areas effectively * Complete detailed reports on observations, incidents, and surveillance activities; interview witnesses when necessary *Requirements* * Valid security license as mandated by local regulations * High school diploma or equivalent education level * Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write in English clearly * No criminal record; background check required * Excellent attitude towards clients and team members with a professional demeanor * Organizational skills to manage reports and surveillance documentation efficiently * Prior experience in law enforcement, surveillance, or loss prevention is preferred but not mandatory * Familiarity with CCTV systems and basic troubleshooting skills is advantageous Join us to be part of a dynamic team committed to safety excellence!
