Responsibilities What your days look like as a Operations Clerk: Produce various reports before and after the departure of each ship; Perform various data entry (inventory, daily, weekly, monthly reports); Inventory follow-up; Produce and follow up purchase orders with the purchasing system (Match error); Prepare employees pay documents to be sent for payroll; Perform clerical tasks such as expenses account, reservations, filing etc.; Perform all other related tasks. Qualifications To succeed as a Operations Clerk you must have: Diploma in administration/office automation or any equivalent combination of education and experience; One (1) to three (3) years' experience in a similar position Intermediate level of MS Office; Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and to meet deadlines; Demonstrate autonomy, resourcefulness and excellent organizational skills; Bilingualism, both written and spoken (English and French) required.
