The Duty Counsel Lawyer will represent clients in family law matters, including child welfare and emergency protection orders, within the Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice. Responsibilities include providing sound legal advice, managing high-conflict situations, and maintaining accurate statistical records in accordance with organizational policies.
