The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and solid driving experience. The shuttle driver will also be required to record daily mileage, ensure that the LLSR vehicles are in good working condition, provide friendly and engaging service and apply defensive driving techniques to uphold the safety of all passengers. Job Responsibilities: * Safe operation of company vehicle(s) adhering to the transportation policy * Timely and safe transportation of guests and staff * Accurate, timely, and organized processing of paperwork, vehicle check logs * Keep a clean & organized vehicle – includes daily cleaning of bus * Regular communication with resort while on the road * High quality, friendly, and cooperative relationship with all departments * Provide assistance to other departments as required Job Requirements/Qualifications: * Clean class 2 AB drivers’ license or equivalent, clean driving abstract/record * 3 years claims free insurance history * Excellent listening skills * Strong written communication skills * Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. * Punctuality and reliability is essential * Regularly communicate with your peers & supervisors to ensure the overall success of the department * Can work well in a team as well as independently * Ability to deal with a broad range of people & departments * Complete other tasks as assigned * Minimum 1-2 years previous industry experience * A friendly and professional manner * Strong communication and interpersonal skills Work Schedule: Full-time role, including evening and weekend shifts Dress Code: Uniform shirt is provided at cost, you provide black pants and footwear in accordance with appearance policy.

What you’ll do

The shuttle driver is responsible for the safe and timely transportation of guests and staff to the ski hill and surrounding lakes. Duties include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, recording daily mileage, and providing engaging customer service.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a clean Class 2 AB driver's license or equivalent with a clean driving abstract and 3 years of claims-free insurance history. A minimum of 1-2 years of industry experience and strong interpersonal skills are required.
