Maintenance Technician, Dartmouth, NS - 5-month Term

We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dartmouth, NS for a 5-month term (ending on or before December 31, 2026). What you will do: • Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware; • Maintain, repair and renovate residences; • General maintenance and painting; • Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.; • All other duties as required. What you will bring: • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role; • Ability to work as part of a team, and also under minimal supervision; • Effective, proven skills and experience; • Renovations experience is considered an asset; • Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is considered an asset; • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. The Maintenance Technician will perform general repairs, renovations, and installations of trim, doors, and hardware within residential properties. They are also responsible for maintaining plumbing, electrical, and painting standards across the portfolio.

Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role and possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle. Experience in renovations, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC systems is considered an asset.
