We are currently searching for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Dartmouth, NS for a 5-month term (ending on or before December 31, 2026). What you will do: • Fit and install trim items, such as doors, stairs, molding and hardware; • Maintain, repair and renovate residences; • General maintenance and painting; • Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, etc.; • All other duties as required. What you will bring: • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role; • Ability to work as part of a team, and also under minimal supervision; • Effective, proven skills and experience; • Renovations experience is considered an asset; • Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is considered an asset; • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
