Using a holistic and client/family centered approach, the incumbent facilitates appropriate assessments, referrals and placements of clients with long term mental illness as well as implementing mental health home care services for discharged patients. Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Social Work, or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing, or equivalent diplomas. A valid Class 5 driver's license and registration with the appropriate licensing body are also required.
