Position #: 156487 Expected Start Date: August 31, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Victoria Square City/Town: Prince Albert Department: Mental Health Community Case Management - Community Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: February 28, 2027 FTE: 1 Number of Hours per Rotation: 112 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Assessor Coordinator - Degree Senior $39.658 to $48.494 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Under the direction of the Manager of Rehabilitation and Residential Services, Mental Health Services of Prince Albert, the Senior Assessor Coordinator is accountable for the provision of an appropriate range of community residential options for mental health clients. Using a holistic and client/family centered approach, the incumbent facilitates appropriate assessments, referrals and placements of clients with long term mental illness as well as implementing mental health home care services for discharged patients. Requirements
Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Social Work, or Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing, or equivalent diplomas. A valid Class 5 driver's license and registration with the appropriate licensing body are also required.
