Job Role: Senior Quality Analyst (Mobile & API Automation) Location: Mississauga, ON (Onsite) Duration: 06 Months of contract with Possible extension

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Lead / Quality Analyst with strong expertise in mobile application testing (native & hybrid) and automation (API & UI). The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of driving quality initiatives across the software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications (Android & iOS) using tools like Appium, Selenium, Espresso, XCUITest, or TestComplete Perform manual testing to validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes Execute various testing types including: Functional Testing Regression Testing Integration Testing UI/UX Testing Localization Testing Performance Testing Develop and execute REST API automation tests using modern frameworks Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to build comprehensive test plans and test cases Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools) Work closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, or qTest Provide test reports, metrics, and quality insights to stakeholders Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) Ensure linguistic accuracy and superior customer experience through thorough validation

Required Skills & Experience: 4–5 years of experience in software testing, with focus on mobile applications Strong expertise in: Automation Testing (REST API & UI) Selenium / TestComplete / Appium Hands-on experience in testing native and hybrid mobile applications Proficiency in writing, executing, and automating test cases Experience in API testing and automation frameworks Familiarity with CI/CD integration for automated testing Strong understanding of Agile methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred / Desirable Skills: Experience with TCS BaNCS domain Exposure to quality governance and process improvements Ability to implement systems ensuring accuracy and conformity in production processes Strong communication and collaboration skills
