About The Role

Our client is seeking a senior ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect with strong experience designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions and a deep interest in Agentic AI, Now Assist, automation and platform modernization. This role will lead architecture, advisory and solution design across complex ServiceNow environments, helping clients define scalable AI enabled workflows that improve service delivery, reduce manual effort and support enterprise transformation.

The successful candidate will bring strong ServiceNow platform architecture experience, the ability to lead executive and technical conversations, and hands on understanding of how AI, automation, integrations, CMDB and enterprise workflows come together within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture, roadmap planning and solution design across complex client environments.

Design AI enabled ServiceNow solutions using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Agentic AI concepts, Flow Designer, Playbooks and intelligent automation.

Work with business and technology stakeholders to identify high value automation and AI use cases across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps, HRSD or related ServiceNow modules.

Translate business challenges into scalable ServiceNow platform architecture, integration patterns and implementation roadmaps.

Provide architecture leadership across CMDB, CSDM, integrations, data governance, security, platform performance and upgrade readiness.

Guide technical teams on solution design, best practices, configuration standards and delivery approach.

Support discovery sessions, executive workshops, technical design reviews and stakeholder presentations.

Ensure ServiceNow solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure and aligned to platform best practices.

Help clients understand where Agentic AI and Now Assist can create measurable business value without over complicating the platform.

Required Skills

ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is strongly preferred.

Senior level experience as a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect, Platform Architect, Technical Architect or Principal Consultant.

Strong ServiceNow platform architecture experience across enterprise implementations.

Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI driven automation, Agentic AI concepts or intelligent workflow design.

Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM and at least two additional areas such as ITOM, CSM, SecOps, HRSD, IRM, ITAM, CMDB or App Engine.

Strong understanding of CMDB, CSDM, platform governance, integration architecture and ServiceNow best practices.

Ability to lead architecture conversations with business stakeholders, executives and technical delivery teams.

Experience defining ServiceNow roadmaps, target state architecture, solution options and delivery plans.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for non technical stakeholders.

Ability to take ownership, start conversations, challenge assumptions respectfully and drive decisions.

Nice to Have

Experience in enterprise AI governance, prompt design, AI Trust Framework, LLM integrations or responsible AI practices.

Experience with ServiceNow SecOps, Vulnerability Response, CSM, HRSD, ITOM Discovery or Service Mapping.

Public sector, financial services, telecom, healthcare or regulated industry experience.

ServiceNow CIS certifications across relevant product areas.
