Position: Sr. DevOps Engineer Toronto, ON -Hybrid, 3-4 days onsite Long term Contract
Job Description/ Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of cloud solutions using AKS, Azure DevOps and Azure Public Cloud. • Oversee the deployment and management of cloud resources to ensure high availability and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with existing insurance platforms. • Implement best practices for cloud security and compliance to protect sensitive insurance data. • Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and optimize resources for cost-efficiency. • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline cloud operations and reduce manual intervention. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity. • Conduct regular audits and assessments of cloud environments to identify and mitigate potential risks. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in cloud technologies and recommend innovative solutions. • Participate in the development of disaster recovery plans and ensure their effectiveness. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud processes and workflows. - Azure Devops & CI/CD tool The resource must be experienced in Azure Kubernetes services and handled migration Projects not a generalist with surface-level platform exposure.
