<p>IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting Construction Labourers for a roofing/construction project located in Fort Saskatchewan.</p> <p>This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals who enjoy physical work and want the opportunity to potentially continue long term with a well-established construction team.</p> <p><strong>Starting ASAP | 2–3 Week Project | Potential for Long-Term Work</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Fort Saskatchewan, AB</p> <p><strong>Pay</strong>: $20.00/hour</p> <p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Shoveling 20–30 mm ballast on rooftops</li> <li>Moving and disposing of construction materials</li> <li>Assisting with site setup and cleanup</li> <li>Supporting the construction crew with general labour tasks</li> <li>Following all site safety procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have steel toe boots</li> <li>Reliable transportation to Fort Saskatchewan is required</li> <li>Previous construction experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Must be able to understand and communicate in verbal and written English</li> <li>Fall Arrest certification is considered an asset</li> <li>Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, and working long hours outdoors</li> </ul> <p><strong>Shift Details</strong></p> <ul> <li>Starting June 2 or 3, 2026</li> <li>6:00 AM start times</li> <li>8–10 hour shifts</li> <li>Approximately 2–3 weeks in duration</li> <li>Potential for longer-term opportunities for strong workers</li> </ul> <p><strong>PPE Provided</strong></p> <p>The client will provide:</p> <ul> <li>Safety vest</li> <li>Gloves</li> <li>Hard hat</li> <li>Site safety orientation</li> </ul> <p>Apply Today!</p>
