The Brand Team at TurboTax Canada drives the go-to-market creative campaign, ensuring a cohesive brand experience in all advertising executions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams both internal and external, understanding how marketing campaigns are developed, executed, and measured from conception to delivery.

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
Asset Organization & Creative Trafficking Maintain and update asset tracking sheets with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all required fields are completed consistently and ahead of media go-live dates. Develop a strong familiarity with our audience segments and the corresponding creative strategy for eachServe as the main point of contact between TurboTax and the media agency on all things creative tracking. Proactively flag missing assets, spec discrepancies, or deadline risks to the media agency and internal stakeholders before they become blockers. Brand & Creative Strategy Support Work closely with brand managers and creative agencies to support the briefing, organization, and execution of go-to-market creative campaigns. The co-op's perspective and fresh eyes are a valued input as our team shapes creative direction. Contribute to our brand voice and tone by supporting internal copywriting tasks across teams, under the guidance of the Brand Team. Assist with formatting and preparing internal presentations under the direction of brand managers. Support creative decision-making by pulling data from our creative results dashboards and compiling findings for the team. Being able to look at data, synthesize what you see, and give hypotheses on ‘why’ is a must; strong data storytelling beyond the ‘why’ is a plus.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Highly organized with strong attention to detail. You take pride in doing executional work correctly the first time Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate proactively when deadlines or deliverables are at risk A strong sense of brand with the ability to internalize, apply, and actively uphold brand voice and tone across copywriting tasks High level mastery of long form writing, with impeccable spelling, grammar, and editorial standards Genuine curiosity about creative strategy and consumer insights. You have opinions on what makes great advertising and a drive to overcome creative challenges Strong copywriting skills or a demonstrated interest in developing them A high degree of initiative and creativity, with a willingness to make recommendations for improvements across ongoing campaign initiatives Comfortable working across both creative and operational sides of a marketing team. You are as comfortable in a spreadsheet as you are in a creative brief Comfortable using AI tools (such as Claude and ChatGPT) as part of a day-to-day creative and operational workflow. You see AI as a collaborator, not a shortcut A collaborative team player who contributes thoughtful input while thriving in a support role Experience with or willingness to quickly learn asset management systems, organizing sheets, and media workflow tools
Nice to Have
Design background or familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Figma). A design background is a significant asset that will strengthen your application Experience with tracking or project management tools (e.g. Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, Coda, Smartsheet, or similar) Exposure to paid media, digital advertising, or creative production workflows An eye for design and familiarity with creative formats across digital and social channels Familiarity with data dashboards or reporting tools (Adobe, Tableau, Datorama, etc.) is a plus
Eligibility Requirements
Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program with a graduation date at least 3 months after the co-op ends. Available for an 8-month co-op work term, from September 2026 - April 2027, for 40 hours per week Must be legally eligible to work in Canada for the duration of the co-op term, without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to work in our Toronto office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is: $26/hr - $30/hr CAD
