Springfield Learning Centres (SLC) is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator II (ECE II) to join our programs in Anola, Manitoba. This term position will provide coverage for maternity leave, with the potential for a permanent opportunity upon completion of the term.

The successful candidate will work with both preschool and school-aged children within a licensed program that provides care for 8 infants, 32 preschool children, and 45 school-aged children. Compensation is competitive and aligned with the Provincial Wage Grid, based on education and experience.

This position involves an 8-hour shift scheduled between 6:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In addition to direct program responsibilities, the successful candidate will prepare four-week attendance schedules, biweekly staff schedules, and manage daily staffing arrangements.
