Our Edmonton-based client is seeking a Senior Service Owner for a 12-month contract opportunity in Edmonton, AB. This is a Hybrid role.

Must haves: 7+ years of experience managing the full lifecycle of contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), including amendments, renewals, extensions, and expirations. 7+ years of experience managing vendor relationships, contract requirements, deliverables, and performance tracking. 4+ years of experience reviewing and validating vendor invoices and processing payments using SAP or similar ERP systems. 7+ years of experience using performance data or user feedback to drive service improvements and operational decision-making.
