Traffic Coordinator - 15-MONTH CONTRACT - Ville St. Laurent (Office-first)

Psycho Bunny is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Traffic Coordinator to keep our fast-moving creative tracks perfectly aligned. Your Daily Adventures

Review and approve inbound purchase order bookings across all warehouses, verifying actual shipment costs to ensure strict alignment with financial budgets. Proactively follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders to ensure production timelines, projected shipping dates, and delivery schedules are met. Monitor shipments in transit to proactively identify risks, and communicate potential delays or challenges to cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery. Prepare and manage all necessary customs and import documentation to guarantee full trade compliance and facilitate efficient clearance. Verify freight forwarder/broker invoices for payment, coordinate debit notes for approved claims, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Support international logistics operations for partners while maintaining accurate, real-time transit data within the ERP system.

Your Toolkit

1-2 years of relevant traffic experience, ideally within the apparel or garment industry. College degree or diploma (A.E.C. or D.E.C.) specializing in Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain Management. Solid understanding of Canadian and US trade lanes, shipping services, and customs regulations. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience working with Momentis ERP is a strong asset. High energy and initiative with exceptional multitasking skills, sound judgment, and the ability to smash deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
