Contract Position (Remote) Project: Circo – AI-Powered Local Discovery Platform
About Circo Circo is building the future of local discovery. We're creating a platform that helps people discover everything happening around them—from live music and festivals to farmers markets, family activities, food, nightlife, sports, arts, tourism, and hidden local experiences. Our vision isn't another event calendar. We want Circo to become the first app people open when they ask: "What should I do today?" Our mission is to connect people with their communities while helping businesses, organizers, and tourism partners reach more customers.
About the Role We're looking for a Founding Product Engineer with strong FlutterFlow experience to help design and build the first production version of the Circo mobile application. This is more than a development contract. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving product problems, improving user experience, and helping create an app people genuinely love to use. You won't simply receive a list of screens to build—you'll collaborate on making Circo intuitive, engaging, and scalable.
Tech Stack FlutterFlow Supabase Google Maps API Firebase Cloud Messaging (Push Notifications) OpenAI API (future AI features) Stripe (future subscriptions)
Responsibilities Build the Circo mobile app in FlutterFlow Connect and optimize the Supabase backend Develop responsive, production-ready screens Implement authentication and user profiles Build event discovery and recommendation flows Integrate maps and location services Implement push notifications Optimize performance and scalability Publish to the Apple App Store and Google Play Work collaboratively to improve UX and product flow

Initial Scope The first phase includes: Authentication Onboarding Personalized home screen Event discovery Search Categories Event details Saved events Maps User profiles Business profiles Organizer dashboard Notifications Admin dashboard Future phases include AI recommendations, business analytics, advertising tools, ticketing, and additional platform features.
